EMAIL MARKETING

Integrate email marketing for winery customers in a meaningful way.

Prior to November 2018, emails were only sent out in the form of a quarterly newsletter. Creating a strategy od breaking down the quarterly newsletter into smaller segments in 2-3 email blasts per month; varying content delivery, providing relevant information to dedicated customers I successfully drove sales traffic upward at the physical retail location.

The chart below illustrates the interaction of the immediate geographic market to the business immediately after an email is sent. The sales recorded are of customers who have ‘profiles’ at the physical business, location. Does not include online wine sales. Work with this company ended November 2021.

PAY PER CLICK AND SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING

By harnessing the power of Google, I’ve been able to channel and draw customers to the business in an effective manner. Throughout the course of the year I ran four major campaigns, pay-per-click was a component of 3 of these campaigns.

Advertising through Facebook has driven up page follows and interactions two fold over the three years Tug Hill Vineyards was my client. Notably leading to an increase in special event engagement, online wine sales, and brand awareness.
